We celebrated Tay turning 6 today!! It started off with chocolate covered donuts before school. And the festivities continued in his class where he got to wear a special crown and sticker, have his b-day announced on Morning Announcements, have the class sing to him and he got to pass out his goodie bags. His friends loved the fidgets and pop-its and even used them for inspiration during story writing today! He came off the bus proclaiming it was not a good day but an AWESOME day. We surprised him with a play date with Grayson Haverstick - the boys had a blast playing pokemon and jumping in the bounce house. We then had Penn Station for dinner (Tay's choice), a chocolate Pokemon Cake and ice cream with Magic Shell (Tay said his birthday would be a let down without magic shell). We ended by opening presents - We was SO excited for all of them and really sweet at showing appreciation and saying thank you. Tay loved his new Beyblades, Bakugan, PokeBalls, Pokemon Switch Game, New books and kinetic sand from Sissy and $$ from G and Papa to spend at Cedar Point this weekend - and there are more presents on the way! He got lots of Facetime Calls from family (Grandpa, Grandma T, Aunt Maddie, Uncle Eddie, Aunt Debbie, Uncle Nate, Rebecca, and Cousin Robin) and was SUPER loved all day.
He said that we wished for the best birthday ever and he got it! I love him so much it kills me!! I know 6 is going to be an awesome year!
