It was a busy, fun filled visit including:
- Decorating the Christmas tree and dancing to Christmas music (Oakridge Boys Christmas, of course!) - Avery didn't really understand hanging ornaments. She didn't like to leave the ornaments on the tree and wanted to carry them around.
- Getting lots of fun presents - Avery loves opening gifts this year. She immediately wants to play with whatever she just got and then starts asking for more. And she got lots of great stuff!! She will be a busy girl with so much to play with.
- Visiting Santa - She didn't cry but once she realized she was sitting on his lap she started signaling "all done". It was really fun. After Santa we went to the play area at the Mall and Avery loved playing on all the pretend Breakfast food and when she was done she climbed right in to her stroller and told us she was ready to go.
- Watching Nate play at Mojo's - Aunt Maddie babysat and Avery was such a good girl. They played, danced and watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and when it was time for bed she went down without any issues!
- Visiting the Ranch and seeing lots of horses - Avery kept saying "Neigh" as we walked around. It will be fun to go back when the weather is warmer and spend some more time there.
- Taking walks in the woods with Grandpa - Avery chatted the whole time and really wanted to push her own stroller!
- Celebrating with Grandma Lou and the rest of Grandma T's family
