1st Weekend of Fall Break

 The kids have the next week off from school - While we aren't traveling anywhere given Harry Potter World is coming in a couple weeks, we want to make sure the kids have an awesome Fall Break! Highlights include:

• A trip to Newfields for their Halloween Lights with Marija, Bill, Lila and Lena. The kids loved being together, as always. Just one of our absolute favorite families to hang with!! The lights were cool and something we had never done before!
• Du took the kids bowling and to the arcade at Pinheads and Hung and I had a date night at Chiba. It was LOVELY!
• Jayme took Avery, Nora and Miles camping in Brown County. It was Avery's first time REALLY camping in a tent. The rules were (1) No electronics (2) No saying you are bored (3) Be kind. Avery had a BLAST - She loved telling ghost stories and Jayme said she did an awesome job at it, collecting firewood and eating around the campfire, playing MadLibs and exploring the woods with Nora. She cam back one muddy and happy girl!!
• Hung sadly had to work a chunk of Saturday and G was visiting family in Detroit for the weekend so Tay and I had a Mommy/Son day. We started at the Agri-Fest in Fishers where Tay loved the scarecrow contest and pumpkin bowling best. We then headed back to Pinheads since he loved it so much the night before and we bowled, had lunch and played in the arcade. We ended the day visiting Jaime, Brooke and Zach for a play date. We were TIRED Saturday night but had the best day together! I truly cherished having some uninterrupted 1:1 time with my favorite guy!
  
• On Sunday we went to Headless Horseman with the Balouns. We played games, got treats, had our MIS-fortune told - Tay asked if he would marry his girlfriend and was told he would be single for life! And Avery was told she would not win Spell Bowl because she would lose her head tonight. We also went on the haunted hay ride and got to do the big slide before heading home.

A great weekend!! Now the kids get to spend their fall break with Uncle Cullen and Ms. Taylor and I know they are going to have so much fun!
