On Saturday we went to Recreation Unlmited with Savera and Poonam. The girls played really well together and kept each other busy at lunch. When we were leaving Savera started sobbing and saying she was sad and when I put Avery in her car seat she said "I really miss Savera". We then ran some errands and everyone we met Avery told them it was a girls day out and daddy wasn't invited. Saturday night we watched "The Swan Princess". Avery told me this: "It's not the same but it's similar to the Barbie Nutcracker" - which it totally is!
Sunday, G let us sleep in and took Avery out to breakfast. They had some very cute conversations. Avery was pretending to be a cat and said her name was "Tired Ice Cube". She also told G that someone really sad happened when G was in Chicago - She was really serious and sad about it. Avery told her "The flowers that Dad gave us died and the whole family has been really sad." So she asked G if they could get new flowers for the family to share and brought us home a dozen roses :)
