I was able to sleep in, which was lovely. And am now headed to an afternoon movie with a friend. I am so lucky to have the best mom and step mom ever. And even more lucky to be Avery's mama. Happy Mother's Day to all!

Mother's Day Brunch
We hosted Mother's Day brunch and had G, Papa, Grammy and Uncle Cullen over. My mom and Chuck brought all the yummy food and we had a great meal and lots of sweet presents. Unfortunately, Grammy was sick most of the visit and was on the couch resting. Avery was so worried and kept asking if Grammy was going to be OK. And when the boys were playing some music, she scolded them and said it was going to wake up Grammy. When we finally woke Grammy up, Avery helped her open all of her presents and "read" her some cards. Very sweet!
