Spring Break 2014 - Part 1

Avery and I spent her Spring Break in Grand Rapids this year visiting Grandma T, Grandpa and Aunt Maddie. On our first day we went to the Children's Museum. Avery had fun playing with bubbles, feeding us at the restaurant/grocery, exploring the fort area and going down the slide all be herself (which usually terrifies her so she was really proud of herself!), and playing in the Dentist Office area. This was by far her favorite - she helped brush and clean teeth on "muppets" and answered phones and made appointments on the "puter". We spent the most time there!

On Day 2, Teri and I took Avery to South Lyon. We had lunch with Grandma Lou and then headed over to the golf course where Avery got to play with Wyatt and I got to see all the work Stefanie has done at the clubhouse.

Day 3, Aunt Maddie, Grandpa and I headed to Midland to see my Grandma and Grandpa and we also got to have dinner with Billy, Emily, Liam and meet baby Kellan. Avery liked playing piano with my Grandpa and exploring all the goodies in the garage and the basement. Avery was melting down when we tried to take pictures of the kids together so those are not so great.....But I loved being able to see all my Michigan Grandparents and I know they enjoyed seeing us and getting to know Avery a bit better.
