31 Month Update

Here are some fun things from Month 31:

• I was having a hard time earlier this month and Avery was so sweet to me and would rub my back when I was crying. And then she got upset and told me she wanted to move back to your old house. I asked "why" and she said "Because it's too sad at our new house. It was happy at old our house." But all is good now!
•  When she really loves you she says "I love you tightly".
• Someone told her "Do you know you have your Grandma's eyes?" and Avery told them "I have my own eyes. I need them to see."
• She always wants us to drive fast. Hung and I have both told her that one the way to school we have to go slow past the High School because it's a school zone and we don't want to get a ticket. So if we are driving around she tells us "It's OK to drive you. We aren't by the high school so you won't get a ticket." We now need to explain the speed limits exist everywhere and not just by Westfield High School :)
• Anytime something hurts on her she asks if it will heal. And if you every get hurt she says "Don't worry. It will heal and you won't die.". She also promises us that she will "chew and chew my food so I won't choke and die."
• Hung was driving Avery to school and she said "Daddy, I have a secret. I want to be 18." (she got this from Tangled). Hung asked her what that meant and she said "I don't know. Wil you tell me about being 18."
• Whenever you ask her a question that she doesn't want to answer she says "You tell me." After she started doing this I realized that I said it to her all the time. 
• She is in 4T clothing and size 9 shoes (quickly growing into a size 10). Love my grown up girl so much!
