Potty Training Success!

We went to Costco today and bought Avery some "big girl" underpants with Doc McStuffins, Sophia and Minnie on them. When we got home, we took off the diapers and tried them out. She had 3 accidents and vehemently told us she DID NOT want to use the potty. I thought we were going to be done trying, but then she brought over a diaper and said to put it on. I was about to give in but Hung encouraged her to sit on the potty (we had moved it from the bathroom to the living room as it really freaked her out in the bathroom for some reason) - and she peed!! We had been promising her M&M's if she peed in the potty so after lots of cheering, jumping up and down and hugging she finally got her reward. She's basically been trying ever since in hopes of getting more treats (at one point she was giving her ball a "check up" on the potty). She even pooped once which made us way too excited. We are SO proud of her and she is SO SO proud of herself. Hoping the trend continues.....Such a big girl!

When I got her ready for bed she did NOT want to wear a diaper - She only wants Big Girl Underpants. She let us put her in Pull Ups and we are calling them Nighttime Big Girl Underpants.
