Fall Break started with a camping trip to the Hoosier National Forest. Sadly I was not able to go as I finally came down with Covid. Luckily, everyone else was in the clear and headed to the woods with Uncle Cullen, Donnelson's and Kraczyk's. The kids loved helping set-up camp, get and keep the fire going, prepping meals and cleaning. Tay even used a branch and swept the whole path to the campsite! They discovered a riverbed and came home with TONS of geodes - So cool! It was a great first family camping trip and I can't wait to join on the next one. The only misshap was we forgot to pack pillows but they made do :)
