We spent the holiday weekend up at Grandma T's Cottage with Aunt Maddie, Uncle Eddie, Uncle Nate and Uncle Du. The weather was perfect and so was the company! The kids got in the lake for a little and we spent tons of time playing Kuub, poker, reading, playing Switch and Star Dew with Uncle Nate, relaxing, shopping at Bachman's, watching football, catching up, and eating!! The boys fit in a couple rounds of golf which gave us time visit Shorts and also go peach, apple and berry picking. We made a peach and raspberry cobbler on the last night that was super yummy!! It was such a great weekend all being together - the hardest part was the 7 hour drive there and back with all the holiday traffic but the kids were troopers. It was a great way to kick off Fall!!
