Avery and I went to a playdate on Friday with all of our friends from my "Mom's Group". There are 12 moms and 13 babies (we have one set of twins). I feel so lucky to have met this group of women and all of their adorable babies. We didn't know anyone but my family when we moved here right before Avery was born and it's made me feel so happy and calm knowing I have this new support system of friends who are going through the same things as me. Having friends has really made Indy start to feel like home.
I hope we all stay close and that our Bakers Dozen can grow up together.
It took a few takes but we eventually got a pretty good one.
Below are some shots of Avery playing with her friends and making her foot print craft for Mother's Day. I wanted her to do a hand one but she kept grabbing the dough and putting her whole hand through it.
Thanks for being my support system, too! I probably wouldn't have survived (and kept my sanity) without you girls and the support group. :)
