We had a great fall weekend enjoying the beautiful weather. On Friday morning we went to our mom's group at the hospital and Avery weighed in at an impressive 11 lbs 11 oz. At this rate she'll be 52 pounds by her first birthday!! We know the growth will eventually slow down but it's great to see her getting so big and being such a wonderful eater. We also had dinner with our friends Mike and Poonam and their daughter Savera. Avery was very excited to host her first play date and did a wonderful job sharing her playmat with Savera who seemed to enjoy it as much as she does.
On Saturday we went for a long walk. Avery has really enjoyed taking walks in her new stroller. Mom also got out for a bit on her own and was able to get a mani/pedi (the first time since Avery's been born!). And Avery took a long bath - she's been loving them so much lately so we are starting to make it part of the bedtime "routine".
On Sunday, Avery, Mom and Grams went to the Pumpkin Patch Farm with Alicia, Suellen and Parker. We are excited to go back next year when Avery will be able to enjoy some of the fun activities!!
