- We grew a Magic Bean Candy garden
- Ashley got the kids AMAZING Easter baskets that put the rest of us to shame. Tay basically has his whole summer wardrobe and Avery got lots of non-candy goodies (she especially loves her diary which she hides under her bed and writes in a secret language so none of us can understand it) and some new nightgowns which she is obsessed with.
- We did lots of Egg Hunts around the house in preparation for the real one on Easter morning
- Avery and G went to an egg hunt at Grammy's place. The kids got cookies, a picture with the Easter Bunny and an outdoor egg hunt where Avery got tons of candy.
- We all went to a swimming easter party at GoldFish
- We went to West Park for an Egg Hunt with Lila and her family. Taylor had fun, too!
- We dyed Minion themed Easter Eggs.
- Of course the Easter Bunny came and had an intricate scavenger hunt that led to her and Tay's baskets. Avery said she thought she heard some thumping in the night and really loved figuring out the clues that led to her basket. After opening her gifts she saif it was the "BEST day of her life!" (and told me this again as I was putting her to bed). We spent that afternoon playing outside and enjoying the gorgeous day.
- G made Easter dinner at her house. Cullen, KJ, Grammy and Lila's family joined us and there was ANOTHER egg hunt and baskets for the girls. We tried to take some family photos but they did not go over so well :)
Avery had a blast with all of it!! Now I have to find a way to get rid of all of this candy that doesn't involve me eating all of it......
