Happy 14th Birthday My Sweet Avery J

 Today we celebrated Avery's turning 14!! I had another lunch mess up this year - I was planning to bring her Chick-Fil-A and my doctor appointment ran over an hour long and I missed lunch :( I made up for it by greeting her with her fave Starbucks drink and pumpkin loaf. We celebrated with Hibachi - It was Ben's first time and he kept us laughing with his faces when the fire went up high. Then we came back to our house and opened presents and had Nothing Bundt Cakes and Ice Cream. 

And then there was a special surprise - her Bestie Claire and her mom Emily snuck in while we were at dinner and decorated her room with balloons, flowers and a talking Audrey 2 plant from Little Shop. It was SO special!

Avery was super grateful for all the love, attention and generosity - But she deserves it! We are the lucky ones to have Avery in our life. Hope 14 is the best year yet!

Happy 10th Birthday Tay!

 We have reached DOUBLE DIGITS for the Tay Man. Despite my delivering his special Penn Station sandwich when lunch was OVER, he had a great day. We celebrated Sunday night at Melting Pot which is the only place he likes Shrimp and Pork and he devoured his meal! On his actual b-day he started off with donuts for breakfast from G, a bad lunch since I was late (EEK), and then a fun night with calls from Uncle Nate, Aunt Maddie and Uncle Eddie and Grandma T, Kolachi's for dinner and a yummy ice cream cake from Cold Stone for dessert. Every family member in town was here and he was showered with awesome, thoughtful and generous gifts. He is one loved and adored boy and I am so happy and proud he is mine. Here's to another amazing decade!

Welcome to the Family Maizey Blue

 We are so excited to have Maizey officially join our family. She has a LOT of energy and Bingo has grudgingly adjusted to having another dog around. But she is also super cute and sweet and the kids are thrilled to have a 2nd doggy to snuggle!

Back to School 2025!

 Avery and Tay started 8th and 4th grade this year - How are they so grown up?? Tay has a great teacher, Mrs. Martin - Everyone that has had her sings her praises so we are excited for a great year. Taylor is also the oldest in the school which is pretty cool.

Avery is now one year away from entering UHS which floors me but she first needs to tackle 8th grade!! So far she is liking her teachers and excited to be back in Yearbook and Show Choir.

Couldn't be prouder of these two amazing kids. Looking forward to an AWESOME year for both of them!
