We had an amazing week in Leland with my mom, Chuck, Cullen, Du and Cullen's friends Jon and Kurt!! As our upcoming move is approaching quickly, it was wonderful to get away from the stress and relax. Some highlights from the vacation include:
- Golf and more Golf for Hung and Du
- Van's Beach
- The 4th of July party and parade
- Time at Sally Booth's - The BBQ dinner and bonfire were just perfect!
- Great meals at Riverside, Sissons, The Bluebird and Stonehouse Bakery
- Walking Hershey
- Relaxing and reading on the Adirondack Chairs on the front lawn
- Seeing Rebecca and the rest of the Borman/Bolton/Fried crew
- Spending time and playing games with the Lawrences
- Gambling at the Casino
- Strolling through the Leland shops
Spending all this time with family and friends was just wonderful! We can't wait to go back next year and bring Avery on her first trip Up North. I have such great memories of Northern Michigan from both my childhood and adult life and can't wait to start creating those memories with Avery.
